Job Description
This position is contingent on contract award, expected to begin in July 2026.
Technical / Operational Background:
- DCOPS / data center operations
- DevSecOps environments
- Enterprise VDI / end user computing
- RMF / ATO lifecycle management
Location: Charleston, SC (primary – must be local or willing to relocate immediately)
Salary: Limited by government contracting regulations, commensurate with experience
Position Responsibilities
Owns architecture, integration, and technical execution across A1 (DevSecOps) and A2 (VDI) for the program.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 15+ years engineering experience
- 10+ years in DoD enterprise architecture
- Proven experience integrating:
- DevSecOps platforms
- VDI environments
- hybrid cloud
Technical Stack Required:
- Kubernetes / OpenShift
- GitLab / Jenkins pipelines
- VMware / Citrix / AVD
- AWS GovCloud / Azure GovCloud
- Splunk / monitoring platforms
RMF Experience:
- Hands-on experience with ATO packages, eMASS, STIG/IAVA
Certifications:
- CISSP or equivalent (preferred)
- Cloud cert (AWS/Azure Architect preferred)
Clearance: Active Secret (required)
